We utilize closed-loop gaseous ozone injection systems to achieve authentic vintage fading patterns. This technology replaces raw chemical bleaching with clean active oxygen, significantly reducing wastewater chemical load while maintaining the natural tensile strength of the cotton fibers.
By introducing cellulase enzyme cocktails during the stone-wash phase, we digest loose micro-fibrils from raw cotton surfaces. This results in an incredibly soft, peach-skin feel, ensuring that the heavy fabric structure of our t-shirts doesn't compromise on comfort.
Our design office utilizes virtual fabric testing before cutting. Because heavy garment dyeing and acid washes cause varying degrees of shrinkage, patterns are dynamically graded using CAD systems to guarantee precise fit dimensions in bulk deliveries.
A powerful and orderly production line is the basic guarantee of our company. We have established large-scale production bases in Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Zhejiang, and other regions. We have more than 30 long-term cooperative factories, 10,000+ skilled workers, and 100+ production lines. We produce various types of knitted and thin-woven garments and have factory certification from WARP, BSCI, Sedex, and Disney.
Our independent professional design team provides clients with a full range of services. If customers provide pattern sketches, we will create detailed patterns. If customers provide photos, we will make one-to-one samples. All you need to do is show us your requirements, sketches, ideas or photos, and we will bring them to life. The pattern maker will make a paper pattern for you within 1-3 days, and the sample will be completed for you within 7-14 days.
Born from two decades of global apparel expertise, Ningbo Jinmao redefines sustainable fashion production. Anchored in China's textile heartland, we operate a certified ecosystem of 30+ WARP/BSCI/Sedex audited factories across 4 provinces, synergizing 10,000 skilled artisans with cutting-edge knitting & thin woven technologies. We engineer circularity-forward solutions – 27% faster sampling cycles, 15% fabric waste reduction, and carbon-neutral logistics for 30+ export destinations.
Our raw materials are sourced from local partners, allowing us to acquire premium BCI cotton yarn, Lenzing modal, and chemical pigments within a two-hour transit window. This shortens the supply chain path, cutting overall carbon emissions and transport delays.
We address minimum order quantity (MOQ) challenges by running high-efficiency production lines alongside smaller workshops. Brands can run small test batches (MOQ 50 units using shared fabric rolls) before committing to high-volume manufacturing runs.
We assign specialized quality control staff in every regional production hub. Every single production run undergoes third-party lab testing via SGS or BV to monitor tensile strength, fabric weight consistency, and compliance with strict pH level limits.
Our washing operations use dyes and softening agents that conform to European REACH standards and US Proposition 65 regulations, ensuring safety throughout the process.
Our partner production facilities are regularly audited by international bodies such as BSCI, Sedex, and Disney, assuring fair labor practices and safe working environments.
We handle all standard documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, GRS certificates for recycled materials, and country of origin documentation.
Our teams organize barcoded carton configurations and desiccant packaging, keeping t-shirts in clean, retail-ready condition during sea transit.
High-resolution print setups for photographic graphic designs, using eco-solvent dyes that integrate smoothly into the cotton knit.
Dye-removing inks that leave the printed area soft, breathable, and perfectly prepped for follow-up acid washes.
Uses velvet-like microfibers to build dimensional, textured details on top of heavy knit t-shirts.
Water-soluble ink bases that sink into fabric yarns, maintaining standard stretchability and ventilation.
Heat-molded designs pressed directly into materials, creating structural embossed patterns that remain stable through multiple washings.
Specialized bright pigments and unique garment post-processing (including snowflake wash, dip dyeing, and heavy enzyme washes) to achieve classic streetwear looks.
Once the initial order details are confirmed, we proceed to create a fit sample, which is a prototype garment made according to the customer's specifications. This sample is designed to match the exact measurements, fabric type, and style requested. We provide this sample to the customer for approval, ensuring that the size, pattern, and fit meet their expectations. This stage is crucial, as it gives the customer an opportunity to evaluate the product prototype before moving to bulk production.
To confirm the details of bulk production such as lab dip fabrics, printed, embroidery, packaging, and other related details. We coordinate directly with your sourcing managers to check pantone color matches and verify design positions before cutting fabric.
Before we begin full-scale production, we create a pre-production sample. This is a prototype made using the final approved fabrics, designs, and specifications. The pre-production sample is essential as it acts as the blueprint for the entire production run. The customer is asked to approve this sample to verify that all details—such as fit, fabric, colors, and patterns—are correct. Only after receiving customer approval on this pre-production sample do we proceed with mass production.
With the pre-production sample confirmed, we begin bulk production. During this stage, our production team carefully follows all specifications to produce the full quantity of garments. We assign a full-time Quality Control (QC) team to monitor each step of the production process, ensuring that each garment meets the highest standards of quality. We offer a variety of fabric technologies, including print and embroidery.
Before transport container loading, representative production samples are drawn and shipped to the client as shipment samples. We coordinate logistics only after the customer gives final written approval of the shipment samples.
Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact us for further information. Bulk prices vary based on garment style complexity, fabric weight (GSM), dye and washing techniques, and total quantity.
Yes, our orders have a minimum order quantity requirement. The minimum order quantity depends on style, craftsmanship, and fabric. Specific styles need to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be generalized. By integrating our factory and material resources, we strive to help our clients avoid issues such as minimum order quantities. Even if they don't meet the minimum order quantity, we will provide them with multiple similar available fabrics to choose from.
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required. We also provide BSCI audit reports, Sedex facility documents, and material certificates (e.g. OEKO-TEX, GRS, BCI) to support compliance.
Generally, the production time for samples is 7-14 days. The production of bulk orders depends on the approval of the pre-production samples. Typically, simple styles take about 3-4 weeks after the pre-production sample is approved, while more complex styles (such as heavy acid washed products) take about 4-5 weeks. The final delivery time also depends on the customer's arrangements for inspection and shipping schedules.
The payment methods we accept include advance TT or L/C at sight. Post TT is also acceptable if you have sufficient credit insurance coverage in China (e.g. via Sinosure).
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction. We have QA protocols in place to resolve manufacturing variations responsibly.
Of course, you can apply for samples before placing the formal order. The production process of the sample is the same as the clothing we will ultimately mass produce. If you wish to obtain samples before the actual production order, we are more than happy to meet your needs. However, please note that we will charge for the sample fee to ensure that your application for the samples is circumspect.
The product list on our website is not our complete selection of customizable clothing.
