The pattern maker will make a paper pattern for you within 1-3 days, and the sample will be completed for you within 7-14 days.

Once the order details are confirmed, we proceed to create a fit sample, which is a prototype garment made according to the customer's specifications. This sample is designed to match the exact measurements, fabric type, and style requested. We provide this sample to the customer for approval, ensuring that the size, pattern, and fit meet their expectations. This stage is crucial in achieving customer satisfaction, as it gives the customer an opportunity to see and feel the product before moving to bulk production.
Before we touch the production line, all specific detail criteria are locked down. This includes labdips for dyeing correctness, mockups for printing, computerized cards for embroidery, and customized retail branding labels/packaging details.
Before we begin full-scale production, we create a pre-production sample. This is a prototype made using the final approved fabrics, designs, and specifications. The pre-production sample is essential as it acts as the blueprint for the entire production run. The customer is asked to approve this sample to verify that all details—such as fit, fabric, colors, and patterns—are correct. Only after receiving customer approval on this pre-production sample do we proceed with mass production.
With the pre-production sample confirmed, we begin bulk production. During this stage, our production team carefully follows all specifications to produce the full quantity of garments. We assign a full-time Quality Control (QC) team to monitor each step of the production process, ensuring that each garment meets the highest standards of quality.

Generally, the production time for samples is 7-14 days. The production of bulk orders depends on the approval of the pre-production samples. Typically, simple styles take about 3-4 weeks after the pre-production sample is approved, while more complex styles take about 4-5 weeks. The final delivery time also depends on the customer's arrangements for inspection and shipping schedules.
The payment methods we accept include advance TT or L/C at sight. Post TT is also acceptable if you have sufficient credit insurance coverage in China.
