Our company has more than 30 partner factories that possess various system certifications such as BSCI, Warp, Sedex, and Disney. Among them, there are large factories with over a thousand workers and a dozen production lines, as well as small workshops with just a few dozen employees. We have long-term cooperation with fabric suppliers who can provide materials certified with Oeko-tex, BCI, recycled polyester, organic cotton, Australian cotton, and Lenzing modal etc., to match our clients' products according to their needs. By integrating our factory and material resources, we strive to help our clients avoid issues such as minimum order quantities.

Once the order details are confirmed, we proceed to create a fit sample, which is a prototype garment made according to the customer's specifications. This sample is designed to match the exact measurements, fabric type, and style requested. We provide this sample to the customer for approval, ensuring that the size, pattern, and fit meet their expectations. This stage is crucial in achieving customer satisfaction, as it gives the customer an opportunity to see and feel the product before moving to bulk production.
This secondary phase involves freezing color tones via laboratory labdips, ensuring the prints, embroidery files, structural stitch tension, polybags, tags, carton barcodes, and internal branding details align perfectly with retail requirements.
Before we begin full-scale production, we create a pre-production sample. This is a prototype made using the final approved fabrics, designs, and specifications. The pre-production sample is essential as it acts as the blueprint for the entire production run. The customer is asked to approve this sample to verify that all details—such as fit, fabric, colors, and patterns—are correct. Only after receiving customer approval on this pre-production sample do we proceed with mass production. We have a wide variety of fabrics like Scuba Fabric, Coral Fleece & Sherpa Fleece, French Terry/Fleece, Interlock, Pique, Rib, Polar Fleece, and Single Jersey.
With the pre-production sample confirmed, we begin bulk production. During this stage, our production team carefully follows all specifications to produce the full quantity of garments. We assign a full-time Quality Control (QC) team to monitor each step of the production process, ensuring that each garment meets the highest standards of quality. We offer a variety of fabric technologies, including Print and Embroidery.

Generally, the production time for samples is 7-14 days. The production of bulk orders depends on the approval of the pre-production samples. Typically, simple styles take about 3-4 weeks after the pre-production sample is approved, while more complex styles take about 4-5 weeks. The final delivery time also depends on the customer's arrangements for inspection and shipping schedules.
The payment methods we accept include advance TT or L/C at sight. Post TT is also acceptable if you have sufficient credit insurance coverage in China.
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.
Of course, you can apply for samples before placing the formal order. The production process of the sample is the same as the clothing we will ultimately mass produce. If you wish to obtain samples before the actual production order, we are more than happy to meet your needs. However, please note that we will charge for the samples fee to ensure that your application for the samples is circumspect.
