Our manufacturing process follows strict ISO guidelines, checking every batch from fiber to container loading.
Once design details are confirmed, we create a fit sample using representative fabric according to the client's specifications. This prototype verified size charts, pattern geometry, drape, and wearability before expensive fabric dyes are committed.
Our lab dips division maps colors using Spectrophotometer measurements to match Pantone codes on specialized cotton, modal, or blend yarns. Simultaneously, mockups of prints, custom-made buttons, drawstrings, zippers, and interior tapes undergo inspection.
Before full-scale knitting lines start, we build a pre-production (PP) sample utilizing the exact bulk fabric batch, labels, trims, and final processing techniques. Mass manufacturing only begins once the client's signature is received on this PP sample.
During bulk execution, our regional QC division monitors knitting tension, stitch density, and seam strength. Fabric weight (GSM), color fastness, and tensile strength are verified through third-party lab testing from SGS or Bureau Veritas (BV).
